ALL ball gowns and evening gowns are made to order and customized to size. Delivery time is 15-45 days depending on the material, styles, and difficulty. They are NONrefundable. Before you place an order, contact us via chat, phone, and email for confirmation.
Shipping is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift boxes, gift wraps, and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
