I am very disappointed. The anticipated delivery date, when I placed my Order, was NOT honored. The Hat got to me some 2+ weeks after the date it was to be delivered. Furthermore, I ordered 2 of the same Hat — on the same date. I got 1 Order (that got to me 2+ weeks late), and I waited to see how long it would take Fashion… to confirm and/or deliver my 2nd Order. I waited in vain until I had to send an email asking for an update. I have yet to receive the 2nd Hat.

This is my first time doing business with Fashion … and I AM NOT IMPRESSED.

Wrong goods, wrong colour

I was so disappointed with my order which arrived in the wrong colour and not the items I had ordered. Could not recommend this clothes to anyone, you will not get what you ordered.

The dress is beautiful. I do recommend sizing down as it runs larger than I expected.
I am however not satisfied with the client service process. I have emailed many times to ask for assistance with my return. I sent emails from two separate accounts hoping someone would get back to me. No one did. Therefore, I sent in my return on my expense with no direction on how to send it or what to include inside the packaging. I still have not received a refund or confirmation of the return.

All in all - dress is great if you choose to keep it. Returning and communication from the team has been frustrating.
